Chris Pratt vs. Chris Evans – Who will win this Epic Superhero Super Bowl Bet?
It’s all fun and games until two of Marvel‘s hottest heroes raise the stakes and go head to head!
After exchanging some loose Super Bowl trash-talk on Twitter after Sunday’s NFL playoffs, actors Chris Evans and Chris Pratt have decided to get serious and place a wager on the big game.
Pratt, of course played Star-Lord (who?) in Marvel’s 2014 summer blockbuster Guardians of the Galaxy, while Evans has portrayed Captain America in multiple films, most recently Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
As it turns out, Pratt, who grew up in Lake Stevens, Washington, is a big Seahawks fan. Boston-native Evans, on the other hand, roots for the Patriots. So naturally, the match-up between Seattle and New England in Super Bowl XLIX has set these two stars up for an interesting rivalry.
If the Seahawks win the Super Bowl, Evans will have to visit Seattle Children’s Hospital as Captain America. If the Patriots win, Pratt will have to show up at Christopher’s Haven — a Boston non-profit that supports children with cancer — wearing a Tom Brady jersey. Either way, the universe wins!
