How and when did you start collecting?

I’ve always been something of a collector (comics, baseball cards, etc) and at my first comic con, when I was 12 or 13, after seeing all of these amazing statues and creations, I made a conscious decision that as soon as I got a real job to afford this life, I was going to collect statues.

What do you collect? Does your collection have a theme, such as Star Wars, Batman, etc.?

I keep it to collecting comic characters, I specifically collect Harley Quinn, but don’t limit it to that.

What makes your collection unique?

I think it’s unique because of how diverse it is. I have Emma Frosts and Batgirls, Black Cats and Jokers, Harleys and Spider Gwens. I really just enjoy the characters and, as an artist myself, the artistic aspect of the take on certain characters.

What are your favorite or the most prized pieces in your collection?

My 1:2 scale comic book Joker bust. My wife gave it to me as our wedding gift, it was my first real studio piece.

What items are on your wish-list?

The Black Canary and Huntress are on preorder, I’m also hoping a new Wonder Woman comes out. I’ve also been looking out for a Gwen Stacy, as I missed the boat on it the first time.
