How and when did you start collecting?

I started collecting Sideshow pieces 7 years ago , but in recent years I’ve narrowed my focus to Batman and DC Comics pieces.

What do you collect? Does your collection have a theme, such as Star Wars, Batman, etc.?

My collection centers around Batman, but more specifically Batman surrounded by his Rogues Gallery. I mostly collect Premium Format statues from Sideshow Collectibles, and 1/3 scale comic book statues from Prime 1 Studio.

What makes your collection unique?

Having shown my collection to a worldwide audience, I think people see my collection as unique because of the way that I present my display.  I have built custom cabinets using garage shelving wrapped in wood, allowing the statues to be in open air.  I feel that makes the display museum quality, and I feel it inspires other collections to try and achieve the same presentation.

What are your favorite or the most prized pieces in your collection?

No matter what pieces I bring home to my collection, I always say that if I had a fire, the one piece that I would grab is the OG Life-size Batman Bust from Sideshow Collectibles.  I feel that piece is the perfect representation of who Batman is.  I also really love the Scarecrow and Poison Ivy Premium Formats from Sideshow Collectibles, as well as the Bermejo Joker and Bane from Prime 1 Studio.

What items are on your wish-list?

I currently have on pre order the Bane Premium Format sculpted by Daniel Bel, Harley Quinn Hell On Wheels, Batman Bust, and Batman Who Laughs Premium Format from Sideshow Collectibles, as well as the Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Arkham City Harley Quinn from Prime 1 Studio!! It’s a great time to be a collector!!!
