Artist Bio:

Aleksi Briclot is an award-winning French fantasy illustrator best known for his contributions to the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering, as well as cover art for Marvel Comics titles including The Thanos Imperative, Annihilation: Conquest, The New Avengers, War of Kings and The Incredible Hulk.

More recently, he contributed concept designs for Marvel Studios’ Thor: Ragnarok (2017), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), and Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018).

A designer and art director for numerous video games, Briclot has worked on titles such as Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Haze, Cold Fear and Egypt 2. In 2009, he helped co-found the video game studio, DONTNOD Entertainment. He acted as Art Director for the company’s debut game, Remember Me and provided cover art for the comic prequel, Remember Me: Cubed.

In 2010, Briclot released an anthology of his work with a tutorial DVD, entitled Worlds & Wonders. He has been invited an instructor for international workshops in Prague, Montreal, San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas and Berlin, organized by companies like ConceptArt, Massive Black, Made (studio SixMoreVodka) and CFSL. He also makes regular appearances at international events for Magic: The Gathering.

He lives and works in Paris, France.
