Description

The Ornithopter is the most capable airborne craft in the Imperium, ideally suited for basic transportation tasks, search-and-rescue missions, and combat operations. The vessel is used to deliver troops around the surface of Arrakis and is ready to fire on the Harkonnens’ enemies from the skies.

FAITHFUL RECREATION: Dune director Denis Villeneuve was careful to base the Ornithopters on author Frank Herbert’s original descriptions, visualising them as huge mechanical dragonflies. Ensuring incredible accuracy, this model is based on the original VFX files created for the films and features the Ornithopter in “flight” mode, with landing gear raised and fearsome guns deployed.

MASTERFULLY CRAFTED: Perfectly evoking the Ornithopters in the film, this 10.5-inch-long replica was digitally sculpted before being made in die-cast metal, then completed with high-quality ABS materials.
