Reviews
I love the fine art prints in their original size and media but let's face it, I need to send my kids to college some day. This would be the next best thing. I can admire the art and read a little about the artist and process which is a huge bonus. My one complaint is the lack of an index. I would have been really convenient if the publisher added this feature. An index of the subject so I can quickly flip to them without having to go through the book. The next best thing they have is a table of contents which would list the artists...but not the characters. Maybe someone will read this review and include an index in Vol.2. Other than this minor annoyance, I would've given the book a perfect score.
I am a artist and it’s books like these that super charge and inspire someone like myself. This book contains the work of some the best in the industry. Trust me when I say this book is worth every penny and Sideshow doesn’t disappoint whether it be statues or books.
I can only collect so many prints so this was a great way to enjoy the rest of the prints beyond my collection. The paper quality is nice with a gloss emphasis on the prints themselves. It's a very sturdy hardcover so also very easy to display instead of just shelving if that's you're preference. Definitely hope they continue these as their print offerings grow.
