Hot Toys did really well, the paint app is great and all around it’s a must for any collector. Go with the deluxe comes with more items for just a bit more money it’s well worth it.

So beautiful! This is my first side show figure I purchased from the website. I love the clones and I loved the look of their armor.
WOW these new Hot Toys Clones are a HUGE step up from the earlier run of Clones. EVERYTHING fits so well and so snug. You get a fair bit fewer hands than the older ones did, but to be honest, it doesn't really make much of a difference. The fit and finish is so good on these guys. If you are a Clone Wars fan, don't second guess yourself on this; pick one up before they sell out.
I had initially hesitated getting this figure as I wasn't too invested in a generic clone trooper model. Easily the best purchase in a long while. I had a bit of problem posing with the rotary blaster as I couldn't get the back hand to hold the support area very well, but I managed to get it to a point where the gun wasn't slipping or falling. My only 2 other issue are that the helmets are slightly small- they're fractionally larger than of the replacement head for someone like Rex, Echo or Fives, so next to unhelmeted character Hot Toys the head looks a bit off because it doesn't look visibly large enough to fit over a head. The other is that I was unfamiliar with the flight/bendable stand so it took some time to figure out where to place the clamp on the trooper (I ended up just below the belt on the pelvis armor). The accessories really sold it for me after it arrived. I was nearly in tears with how happy I was- which only happened when I got the original Phase 2 Rex years ago. There were changes to the armor from the older phase 2 (Captain Rex in comparison)- the pauldrons are now elastic band held as opposed to being connected to the chest piece like before allowing a bit more upward arm movement without risk to the pieces breaking. The backpack is hollow inside and can fit about 3 hand replacements and the thermal detonators easily. The other pieces are a tad large to fit with the cover closed. There was a minor change in the smaller D15 blaster where the sights line up better (the one closest to the barrel being twisted at an angle). Unless you have other storage or are fine with laying them on display, you'll have to leave a good portion of the accessories in the box. (No issues with shipping or damage, box came in pristine condition.) If you really love Star Wars and are a current or new collector, I'd definitely suggest this to join your collection. Definitely worth the money.
