Retaining the Ansatsuken techniques he had mastered in his Earthly shell, Oni’s attacks ripple with superheated energy, more destructive than ever. Brutal and relentless, he believes all life is beneath him and thus undeserving of mercy. He will destroy any and all opponents in his path, regardless of health or ability, every fight a fight to the death.
Fans and gamers themselves, PCS' expert craftspeople understood the desire to bring the perfect Oni home, and how much scrutiny he would face. A beast of a fighter deserved a beast of a statue, and the PCS artisans would settle for nothing less.
The results of their efforts are simply astonishing. Rendered in high-quality polystone, complete with trademark glowing hair and eyes, the Oni Akuma statue seems to have erupted from the game full of fire and wrath.

I won this statue from Sideshow. I know I didn't purchase it, but I love it all the same. The quality of the build and weight are really impressive! The light up feature with the hair and eyes as well with the interchangeable heads help you understand this version of Akuma's power in this form. The photos skip that his bead necklace is broken apart and will lay on the base. I would recommend this statue, especially because of the price! You cant beat it, other than winning it like me! I still wanted to give a review because it is a great piece.
When I saw Oni the Mad Demon on sale for a great price deal with 5 to 6 other orders in the pipeline, I went for it! As a SF2 fan, I never made it that far when I read Oni’s description, he’s the last boss fighter to complete the game. PCS brings life like anime or gaming in our reality with all the details of Oni plus some of his personal effects; LED light up blue spiked hair and red eyes with a power cord to connect at the base next to the on/off button when plugged in, he looks eerie at night for a demonic lamp. Has cloth tattered pants, orange beads when they’re supposed to be translucent or transparent orange. Thought his dreadlock belt was going to be dreadlock rope material but marvelously sculpted by the sculptor(s). His open hands positioning and stance is same as Akuma’s with dirty finger and toe nails. Lining up to insert his left foot prong peg in his base is kind of challenging with parts of his bottom foot are kind of slanted to line up the prong to insert in the hole. Great piece for less than $200 originally over $285.
