My second favorite release of 2022! Anyone looking to go beyond the PCS turtles will be bowled over with Rocksteady. The PCS paint app compliments the cartoon's animated style while the numerous weapons and details elevate it beyond the source material. Very happy to have him flanking both the Shredder and Bebop companion pieces. A true gem in the PCS TMNT library.
