Apple TV Debuts First Look at For All Mankind Series

Apple TV has released the first official trailer for its upcoming alternate history series For All Mankind. The original series imagines that the Space Race didn’t end on the moon- after Soviets land first, America sets its sights even deeper in space. For All Mankind will stream exclusively on Apple TV+ sometime this fall.

The CW Sets Premiere for Two Sentence Horror Stories

 

According to Deadline, the CW Network has added a new horror anthology series to its summer lineup called Two Sentence Horror Stories. The series will feature eight half-hour episodes featuring actors Nicole Kang, Jim Parrack, and more. Two Sentence Horror Stories will premiere on the CW on August 8th.


New Trailer for Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark

CBS Films has released an official trailer for Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, the upcoming horror film based on the children’s book series. The trailer features freaky glimpses at iconic stories brought to life like the Jangly Man, the Pale Woman, and the Red Spot. Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark opens in theaters on August 9th.

Blumhouse and Mattel Developing Magic 8 Ball Horror Film

According to Deadline, Blumhouse and Mattel are developing a live-action horror film based on the Magic 8 Ball. Jeff Wadlow is set to write the script for the movie, which is the sixth film currently planned after Mattel’s iconic toy brands. There is no premiere date for the Magic 8 Ball movie at this time.
