DC FanDome

DC has announced the DC FanDome, a free, global, 24-hour virtual convention. DC also released a “map” of their digital convention, with different “worlds” surrounding the Hall of Heroes, with each world focusing on specific content in the DC Universe, from the DCEU to the Arrowverse, and more. The DC FanDome convention will take place on August 22nd.

Indiana Jones 5 Update

According to Collider, writer David Koepp will no longer be working on Indiana Jones 5. Koepp said that he wanted to give the new director, James Mangold, a chance at the story, since Koepp’s version was made directly with Spielberg. He said, “it seemed like the right time to let Jim have his own take on it.” Indiana Jones 5 will premiere in theaters on July 29th, 2022.

The Witcher’s Origins

In an interview with TheWrap, Showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich talked about Geralt’s origins. She talked about how the show will follow him to the home of The Witcher Kaer Morhen, saying, “I’m really excited to get back in and meet Vesemir, his father figure, for the first time and all of these men that he was raised with since he was seven years old.” The Witcher Season 2 is set to premiere some time in 2021.

Bill & Ted Face the Music Gets Early Release

In the midst of many movies being delayed, Bill & Ted Face the Music has actually been move ahead. The film is now going to take Wonder Woman 1984’s release date slot. Bill & Ted Face the Music will now premiere on August 14, 2020.
