Jon Favreau Teases Taika Waititi’s Role in The Mandalorian

Director Jon Favreau has shared a behind the scenes image from The Mandalorian that may tease Taika Waititi’s role in the series. The picture shows Waititi doing voice work on a scene that features the bounty hunter droid IG-88. The Mandalorian will premiere exclusively on the Disney+ streaming service, but has no release date at this time.

Netflix Debuts Trailer for Brie Larson’s Unicorn Store

Marvel alums Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson have reunited in the official Netflix trailer for Unicorn Store. This film marks Larson’s directorial debut, as she stars as an eccentric woman who can’t quite figure out how to be an adult. Unicorn Store premieres on Netflix on April 5th.

According to Variety, filmmaker Macon Blair has been set to write and direct the upcoming reboot of The Toxic Avenger. Legendary Pictures will produce the film, centered on a mild-mannered janitor who is transformed by exposure to toxic waste. The Toxic Avenger reboot does not have a release date at this time.

Mackie and Abdul-Mateen II Join Black Mirror Season 5 Cast

Actors Anthony Mackie and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II have been cast in Black Mirror Season 5 from Netflix. Very few details have been announced about the next season of this anthology series, which frequently focuses on humanity and unforgiving technology.
