Entertainment Weekly Releases New The Lion King Photos

Entertainment Weekly has released new images from Disney’s upcoming CG remake of The Lion King. The film stills feature closer looks at characters like Rafiki, Timon, and Pumbaa, showcasing the beautiful, lifelike animation. The Lion King roars into theaters on July 19th.


Netflix Releases What/If Series Trailer

Netflix has released teaser trailer for the upcoming thriller series What/If, starring Renee Zellweger. The show will explore the ripple effects of what happens when acceptable people start doing unacceptable things. The 10-episode first season of What/If begins streaming on Netflix on May 24th.

Wan and Dauberman to Adapt Salem’s Lot

Producer James Wan is teaming with writer Gary Dauberman to adapt Stephen King’s Salem’s Lot. King’s novel centers on an author who returns to his hometown to discover that townspeople are being turned into vampires. There have been previous television adaptations of the book, but this will be the first time Salem’s Lot is developed for film.


DreamWorks Announces Where’s Waldo? Voice Cast

Universal Kids has announced the main voice cast for the upcoming DreamWorks Animation Where’s Waldo? series. The cast includes Joshua Rush as Waldo, along with Tom Kenny, Eva Carlton, Bobby Moynihan, and Weird Al Yankovic. Where’s Waldo? follows the adventures of Waldo and his friend Wenda as they circle the globe with the Worldwide Wanderer Society.
