Original Star Wars Cast Joins The Mandalorian?

Last week, Jon Favreau confirmed that The Mandalorian would return in Fall of 2020. According to Deadline, “Insiders have hinted that several established characters from the Skywalker Saga’s feature films mythology will make appearances during the show’s sophomore season.” We do not know which characters from the original trilogy will join the Mandalorian, but until then, The Mandalorian Season 1 is on Disney+ now.


The Multiverse of Madness Is NOT Horror

Kevin Feige spoke as a guest at the New York Film Academy, where he clarified that their upcoming movie, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness is not a horror movie, but rather “a big MCU film with scary sequences in it.” He compared it to the horrifying sequences in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Temple of Doom, or Gremlins, saying that it’s not scary to be horrific or torturous, but “scary in the service of an exhilarating emotion.” There is no further news about Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness at this time.


Noah Hawley’s Star Trek

Simon Pegg revealed more about Noah Hawley’s proposed Star Trek movie. Previous reports stated that this movie would be the 4th in the recent film reboots, but Pegg explained that it isn’t “necessarily going to be Star Trek 4.” There is no further news about Noah Hawley’s Star Trek film at this time.


Quentin Tarantino’s Star Trek

It was announced a while ago that Quentin Tarantino would work on a new Star Trek film, but recently, Tarantino’s commitment to the film has been unclear. In an interview with GoldDerby, Simon Pegg explained that Tarantino’s proposed Star Trek movie “is still kind of in the mix” so long as he wants to make it. For now, there is no further news about Tarantino’s Star Trek.
