DC Comics and Warner Bros. Animation has announced their voice cast for their upcoming animated film adaptation of Batman: The Long Halloween. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jensen Ackles (Supernatural) will voice Bruce Wayne. Batman: The Long Halloween, Part 1 will premiere this year.

The CW has brought on quite a few more to the cast of their upcoming series adaptation of DC Comics‘ Naomi. Amanda Marsalis, who’s directed episodes of Umbrella Academy, Westworld and Ozark, has boarded as the director and executive producer of the pilot. Barry Watson, Mouzam Makker, Marcy-Charles Jones, Aidan Gemme, and Aidan Puig have also joined the cast.

Netflix announced the premiere date for the second half of Lucifer Season 5. They shared a photo with the caption, “We know that more episodes are what you truly desire. Season 5B arrives on Netflix May 28th.”

According to Deadline, Adam Wingard, the director of Godzilla vs. Kong, is set to make a ThunderCats film. Wingard is set to rewrite the film’s script with Simon Barrett. The project will be a hybrid of CGI and animation.
