Netflix shared a new photo from their upcoming series The Sandman. They shared a photo of Lucienne, the head librarian of The Dreaming. The Sandman will premiere on Netflix on August 5.

Dune: Part Two has officially begun production. It was announced with a photo of the slate from the first day on set. Dune: Part Two will fly into theaters on November 17, 2023.
Sony Acquires Halo and Destiny Developer Bungie

Sony has officially acquired a new game development company. They’ve welcomed Bungie into the PlayStation family. Bungie has developed multiple popular game franchises, from Halo to Destiny and more. There is no further news about Sony’s video games at this time.
Xbox’s Grounded Series Adaptation

According to Deadline, Obsidian Entertainment and Xbox are teaming with Waterproof Studios/SC Productions, Kinetic Media, and Bardel Entertainment to create a new series adaptation of the video game Grounded. The game follows four friends who have been shrunk down to two inches tall and must survive “in a towering backyard that’s a jungle full of enormous predators and hiding a vast corporate conspiracy threatening their entire town.” Brent Friedman, known for his work on Star Wars: The Clone Wars™ and Star Trek: Enterprise, is set to write the series.
