Rocket Racoon’s Origins

James Gunn recently explained that Rocket’s origins will play “a big part of what’s happening” in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. He explained that we’ll understand lots of little details about him, like the scars on his back and the cybernetics placed in his body. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will premiere some time in 2022.


X-O Manowar Casting Speculation

John Cena recently shared a photo on his instagram of X-O Manowar from the Valiant Universe. He didn’t share the photo with any caption, but many fans speculate that this might be a subtle announcement, and he will be playing the role of the brave armored hero. There is no further news about X-O Manowar at this time.


Superman & Lois Casting

According to Deadline, The CW has cast Erik Valdez for their upcoming series Superman & Lois. Valdez will play Lana Lang’s husband, Kyle Cushing, “Smallville’s fire chief and local hero who’s seen his fair share of tragedy”. We’ll see Kyle butting heads with city folk when Superman & Lois premieres on The CW later this year.

DC Universe released a new promo for their upcoming show Stargirl. The promo gives us our very first look at the Injustice Society and a bit of their powers. Stargirl will premiere on DC Universe on May 18th, and on The CW on May 19th.
