Sam Raimi In Talks to Direct Doctor Strange

According to Variety, Sam Raimi is in talks to direct Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. Raimi changed superhero movies forever when he directed Sony’s Spider-Man in 2002, so this wouldn’t be his first time working in the Marvelverse. Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness is set to premiere on May 7th, 2021.


Doom Patrol Casting

DC Universe has added Abigail Shapiro to the cast of Doom Patrol. Shapiro will play the role of Dorothy Spinner, who is The Chief’s 11 year old daughter with the ability to bring imaginary beings to life. We’ll see Dorothy Spinner when Doom Patrol Season 2 premieres on DC Universe in 2020.


Superman & Lois Casting

Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin are set to star in The CW’s upcoming show Superman & Lois. They will play the roles of Clarke Kent and Lois Lane’s teenage sons Jonathan and Jordan Kent. Superman & Lois is set to premiere on The CW some time in 2020.


The Witcher Season 2 Casting

According to Deadline, actress Carmel Laniado has joined the cast of The Witcher Season 2 as Violet. Violet is a young girl whose playful and whimsical demeanor is a front for a smarter and more sadistic character. The Witcher Season 2 has no premiere date at this time.
