Star Wars Celebration Delayed

Star Wars Celebration 2020 was originally scheduled to be in Anaheim, CA this August. However, due to the current pandemic, the Star Wars Celebration has been postponed. The convention will return to Anaheim in 2022, and attendees who choose to exchange their 2020 tickets from 2022 tickets will receive an exclusive Stormtrooper character pin.

Star Wars: Squadron Trailer

EA released a new trailer for their upcoming game, Star Wars: Squadrons. The game will offer players a a fateful campaign set near the conclusion of the Galactic Civil War,” in which they will “learn what it means to be a pilot in a thrilling Star Wars single-player story”, and will offer a separate 5v5 competitive mode. Explore the Galaxy when Star Wars: Squadrons is set to release on October 2nd.

Tenet Delayed

Christopher Nolan’s film Tenet has officially been delayed. The film was set to premiere on July 17th, making it one of the first major film releases in theaters. However, Tenet has been pushed back and delayed, and will now premiere in theaters on July 31st.

Wonder Woman 1984 and Matrix 4 Delayed

Due to the delay of Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, other WB films are being pushed back to reflect that change, including Wonder Woman 1984. This is the second time that Wonder Woman has been delayed and will now premiere on October 2nd, 2020. The fourth installment of the Matrix series has also been moved more dramatically from May 21st, 2021 to April 1st, 2022.
