The Eternals Updates

In an interview with Omelete, Kevin Feige confirmed that the upcoming Marvel movie, The Eternals, will take place over 7,000 years. Not only that, but the movie will introduce The Deviants to the MCU, but they will be very different from their comic book counterparts. The Eternals will premiere on November 6th, 2020.

DC Universe shared a promo for their upcoming series Stargirl. The teaser opens saying “From DC Legend Geoff Johns, a new generation of heroes…” The teaser then reveals the logo for the upcoming series.

The CW released an official trailer for Stargirl. The trailer follows Courtney Whitmore as she becomes Stargirl after her stepfather Pat Dugan, the original sidekick to Starman, gives her the cosmic staff. The Stargirl series will premiere in Spring 2020.

Quibi is developing a Code 8 spinoff series starring Robbie Amell and Stephen Amell, known for playing Firestorm and Arrow in the Arrowverse. Code 8 is a sci fi thriller that follows Connor Reed, a desperate young man possessing special outlawed powers, as he clashes with a militarized police force after committing a petty crime. The Code 8 film will premiere in select theaters on December 13th.
