Taurin Clarke is a freelance illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York. He has been working predominantly in comics since 2020 after being approached by Marvel Comics for a Captain Marvel variant cover, which ultimately resulted in him being offered a monthly cover run.
Currently, he is the main cover artist for Miles Morales: Spiderman for Marvel Comics and Icon and Rocket for Milestone/DC, but he has provided many covers for several publishers including, Image, Skybound and BOOM Studios on titles as varied as Avengers, Something Is Killing the Children, X-Force, Mister Miracle, Batman ’89, Shang Chi, Captain America and Strange Academy.
While he is classically trained and prefers traditional media, he has learned to work digitally and is enjoying exploring a new creative process.
