Since its debut in 2014 as a spinoff of Arrow, set in the shared television universe called the Arrowverse, The Flash has delighted fans by bringing the action and adventures of Barry Allen to life on screen. Many beloved heroes and villains have made their appearances over the course of the series, and The Flash himself has teamed up with heroes like Green Arrow, Supergirl, and the Legends of Tomorrow through various crossover events.
The show has also incorporated many fan-favorite concepts from the comic books, including the Speed Force, an alternate Flashpoint timeline, and even the villain Godspeed, who was first introduced in comics during the DC Rebirth event in 2016, making this an incredibly fast adaptation! Exploring the origins of many metahumans, The Flash has also teamed up with Killer Frost, Elongated Man, and others against the likes of Gorilla Grodd, King Shark, and more. The show additionally received a Season Zero comic book adaptation set in the Arrowverse continuity.
Longtime comic readers and new viewers alike have found plenty of love with this series, and now they can celebrate by adding this highly detailed figure to their collections. An eighth season of The Flash is set to premiere on November 16, 2021 on The CW.
