Artist Olivia De Berardinis Takes on Daddy’s Lil Monster in new Premium Art Print

Once more, Sideshow has the immense pleasure to be working with the talented Olivia De Berardinis through the Art Print program. Olivia has taken on some incredible characters before- including the Queen of the Dead, several renditions of Catwoman, and most recently, Wonder Woman: Diana of Themyscira.

Now, she’s back and her canvas is bursting with even more color as Sideshow is proud to present Harley Quinn: Daddy’s Lil Monster.  Here are some progress shots of this exciting addition to our Art Print program.

We asked Olivia about her work with this character, and she had this to say:

“I love Margot Robbie as Harley.  Margot’s angelic, perfect face is so expressive that when she gives a wicked big smile, it looks like her jaw could become unhinged like a pitbull.

I kept getting overwhelmed by all the accessories, sayings and tattoos. I made quite a few studies before I decided on simplifying to her stunning, extremely devious smile, and the “Daddy’s Little Monster” in bold script across her chest as a wanted billboard for bad girls everywhere.

This is an acrylic painting on maple.”
