Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse New Trailer

Sony shared the first official trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. The trailer promises countless new characters and Spider-Man variants, as Ghost-Spider and Miles Morales fight to save the day once more. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will swing into theaters on June 2, 2023.


My Hero Academia Live-Action Film

Netflix and Legendary Entertainment are officially set to make a live-action film adaptation of the popular series My Hero Academia. Shinsuke Sato will direct and executive produce, with Joby Harold writing the script. Harold is known for working on Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi™. In the story, 80 percent of the world has developed powers called “quirks.” We follow super hero fanboy Izuku Midoriya — AKA Deku — who was born without a quirk. However, a chance encounter with the legendary All Might inspires Deku to become the greatest hero.

Timothée Chalamet shared an update about the upcoming Dune sequel. He confirmed that production has officially wrapped on the second film. Dune: Part 2 will fly into theaters on November 3, 2023.


Avatar: The Way of Water Golden Globe Nominations

The nominees of the 80th Annual Golden Globe Awards have been announced. Avatar: The Way of Water has been nominated for Best Motion Picture – Drama. This was announced before the public release of the film. Avatar: The Way of Water will splash into theaters on December 16, 2022.
