Darkwing Duck Revival Coming to Disney+

Let’s get dangerous! Disney has announced an all-new animated Darkwing Duck series coming soon to its streaming platform Disney+. They also revealed the voice cast, which includes Mark Hamill as Drake Mallard, AKA Darkwing Duck. Other actors attached include Seth Rogen as Launchpad McQuack, as well as Lizzy Caplan, Dan Stevens, Kathryn Newton, and more. The Darkwing Duck reboot has no official premiere date at this time.

Silent Hill: Townfall Trailer

Konami has released a launch trailer for its upcoming survival horror game Silent Hill: Townfall. In the game, players will take control of protagonist Simon Ordell, who repeatedly finds himself waking up on the docks of a Scottish island town called St. Amelia. He must use a mix of combat and stealth to hide from terrifying enemies and discover his connection to this strange place. Silent Hill: Townfall launches for PlayStation 5 and PC on September 24.

Good Fiend Films Launching Literature Division

According to The Hollywood Reporter, David Dastmalchian’s production company Good Fiend Films is launching a genre literature division. The initiative is focused in immersive storytelling and expanded publishing in horror, sci-fi, and fantasy. Good Fiend Lit’s first project will be Buried in Books, a quarterly book club discussion, kicking off at New York Comic Con on October 9.

New Street Fighter Posters

Choose your fighter! Paramount Pictures has released a trio of new posters for the upcoming Street Fighter film, featuring Ken, Ryu performing a Hadoken attack, and the trio of Ken, Ryu, and Chun-Li in action. Fans can also pick up tickets, on sale now, before the film opens in theaters on October 16. The film will have screenings in Dolby Cinema, ScreenX format, and in IMAX.
