Variety confirmed that Amelia Dimoldenberg is developing a romantic comedy for Amazon MGM Studios’ Orion Pictures. The film is called Chicken Shop Date. Dimoldenberg will star as a by-the-book journalist whose carefully planned life unravels when a routine celebrity interview unexpectedly turns into a romance that makes her question everything she believes about love. Sarah Heyward will write the script.
