Sideshow and Alex Ross Art Reveal Universal Monsters Collection!

Sideshow and Alex Ross Art are proud to announce a new exclusive set of limited edition fine art lithograph prints inspired by the Universal Monsters from comic book legend Alex Ross!

Growing up, these were the monsters of all monsters…” – Alex Ross

Recently featured on the covers of special edition Blu-ray Steelbooks that have horror fans going monster-mad before Halloween, collectors will now be able to own these incredible tributes to classic movie monsters as luxury 18×24″ fine art lithographs, hand-signed by Alex Ross.

The collection includes seven definitive black-and-white portraits:

  • Frankenstein (Boris Karloff, 1931)
  • Dracula (Bela Lugosi, 1931)
  • Bride of Frankenstein (Elsa Lanchester, 1935)
  • Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954)
  • The Mummy (Boris Karloff, 1932)
  • The Wolf Man (Lon Chaney Jr, 1941)
  • The Invisible Man (Claude Rains, 1933)

Additionally, an eighth print entitled The Mash, depicting all of the iconic stars from these “Creature Features” together, will be made available for the first time exclusively as part of a deluxe set – a perfect gift for the ultimate Universal Monsters fan!

Each fine art lithograph will be individually hand-numbered, and limited to an edition of just 100 pieces.

The Alex Ross Universal Monsters Fine Art Lithograph collection will be available first, and for a limited time* in a deluxe set, complete with Certificates of Authenticity, between Monday, October 23rd and Friday, November 3rd, 2017.

This impressive collection will be priced at $1200, with flexible payment plan options available.  Be sure to join the RSVP list for the Alex Ross Universal Monsters Fine Art Lithograph collection to be notified with updates about these ghoulishly great additions to your home gallery.

*If prints remain in the edition after the pre-order window for the deluxe sets has ended, Sideshow will announce release dates for the seven individual lithographs (excluding The Mash) with framed and unframed options, beginning in early 2018.
