Sideshow’s Holiday 2018 Hours and Shipping Deadlines

With the holiday season in full gear, we wanted to take a moment to update you on Sideshow’s holiday 2018 Customer Support hours and shipping deadlines for December.  Take careful note of these dates to ensure you get your holiday shopping completed on time!

Holiday Business Hours:

From December 3rd- December 21st, Sideshow’s Customer Support will maintain normal business hours (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time).

On Saturday, December 8th and Saturday, December 15th, Sideshow’s Customer Support will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

On Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th, Sideshow’s offices will be closed for the holiday.

From December 26th- December 28th, Sideshow’s Customer Support will maintain normal business hours (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time).

All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING FROM USA:

We ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx International Economy Air service. If orders are placed by December 3rd, Sideshow will make every effort to have your product delivered by December 21st. Due to heavy shipments and possible customs delays, we cannot guarantee its arrival before Christmas.

In order to take delivery by Christmas, international customers may request their orders to be shipped via Priority. Shipping by International Priority service could cost twice as much, or more, but orders requested to ship this way that are placed by December 10th should arrive in time for Christmas. Please specify “International Priority” when ordering.
