Will Smith Reportedly Not Returning for Suicide Squad Sequel

According to Variety, actor Will Smith is not expected to return for the upcoming Suicide Squad sequel. Warner Bros. has yet to definitively confirm who is returning for The Suicide Squad, but the studio hoped to have Smith and Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn) in the picture. James Gunn is set to direct and The Suicide Squad opens in theaters on August 6th, 2021.

Finn Wolfhard and Carrie Coon Eyed for Ghostbusters 2020

According to Variety, actors Finn Wolfhard and Carrie Coon are in talks to star in the next Ghostbusters film from Sony. While plot details are scarce, Coon and Wolfhard would play a mother and son central to the film’s action. Jason Reitman is directing and Sony plans to release the new Ghostbusters movie in theaters in summer 2020.

Prime Video Releases The Tick Season 2 Trailer

Prime Video has revealed the official trailer for The Tick Season 2, based on the comic book character of the same name. The new footage teases all new villains for The Tick and his sidekick Arthur Everest as they try to defend The City. The Tick Season 2 streams exclusively on Amazon Prime starting April 5th.

Rambo: Last Blood Gets Official Premiere Date

Lionsgate has set an official release date for the fifth installment of the Rambo franchise, titled Rambo: Last Blood. In the film, Sylvester Stallone’s titular character will take on a violent cartel responsible for a kidnapping. Rambo: Last Blood will open in theaters on September 20th of this year, 37 years after the premiere of Rambo: First Blood.
