Day 4 Booth Highlights

It’s Sunday! That means it’s the last day of Sideshow’s “New York” Con!

It’s been a fun-filled week of exclusive content, special offers, gameshow trivia, reward points, and contests, as well as TWO virtual exhibitions filled to the brim with the latest releases from the very best in the pop culture collectibles industry — this has truly been a week to remember.

Here are just a few of today’s highlights…

Hot Toys

Hot Toys shared a series of new videos showcasing upcoming 1/6 scale figure releases, including the newly revealed Neo from The Matrix: Resurrections as well as Robocop.

Fans also got their first detailed, up-close look at the vibrant and futuristic new Neon Tech Iron Man with Suit Up Gantry with an awesome new promo video.

Hot Toys also displayed several limited edition 1/6 scale figures, including the Clone Trooper™ (Chrome Version), the Iron Man Mark XLVI, and the Captain America (Stealth Suit)!

Premium Collectibles Studio

It wouldn’t be true celebration of New York without some heroes in a half shell. Premium Collectibles Studio brought turtle power to Sideshow’s “New York” Con with their enormous Donatello 1/3 Scale Statue. Donatello joins Raphael in Premium Collectibles Studios’ exciting new giant-sized Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line.

Premium Collectibles Studio also unveiled another, less friendly, denizen of New York with their new statue inspired by the horror / thriller classic, American Psycho. Patrick Bateman is shown in all his unnerving glory in this new American Psycho 1/4 Scale Statue.

Tweeterhead displayed their incredible 1/4 scale Joker Maquette (Exclusive). This ultra-detailed DC Comics inspired rendition of the Clown Prince of Crime is festooned with clever references and subtle Easter eggs that will keep even the most eagle-eyed Joker fan coming back for just one more look.

Sideshow also featured several new Star Wars™ collectibles, including the gravity-defying Boba Fett™ and Han Solo™ in Carbonite Premium Format™ Figure — the galaxy’s greatest bounty hunter rests with trademark arrogant swagger against his floating, carbonite-frozen quarry.

Sideshow also unveiled a new Probe Droid™ Premium Format™ Figure — perfect for sniffing out Rebel bases!

Expertly sculpted and hand-painted with carefully applied weathering effects, the Probe Droid is also equipped with LED light-up features and audio which allows you to play sounds from the movie, adding a new level of cinematic atmosphere to your Star Wars display.

Continuing the epic Star Wars lineup, but now in 1/6 scale, Sideshow also gave fans an up-close look at their new Clone Wars™-inspired figures. Yoda™, Anakin Skywalker™, Obi-Wan Kenobi™, and Ahsoka Tano™ were all featured with stunning likenesses to their animated TV appearances.
