First Look at Evangeline Lilly’s Wasp Costume for Ant-Man Sequel
The Wasp suit appears to be based in blue, red, and silver colors, and design on the front of the suit is reminiscent of the modern age Janet Van Dyne costume. The bright red area near the belt seems to be where her Pym Particle containers are stored, and other traces of her father’s technology can be seen along her wrists and running through the suit as well.
The character looks to be standing in an elementary school classroom (perhaps where Cassie Lang attends school?) and behind her on the blackboard is a grammar lesson. Only time will tell the context of this scene in the film.
See the star’s tweet below, where she first dropped this look at Hope Van Dyne suited up, and honors the Jack Kirby on what would have been his 100th birthday!

2015’s Ant-Man teased Lilly’s character, Hope, potentially continuing her mother Janet’s heroic legacy one day. Now, in the 2018 sequel which has begun production, audiences will get to see her in on the heroic action for the first time as she teams up with Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang, the current bearer of the Ant-Man mantle (m-ant-le?)
