Unboxing the Figure

Tony Stark, Marvel’s multi-billionaire super hero, is known for his larger-than-life moments in both movies and comics. His high-tech suit of armor makes him nearly invincible. Apart from his epic fight scenes, his suit-up moments have also entertained fans over the years. Sideshow and Hot Toys are excited to present the Tony Stark (Mark VII Suit-Up Version) (Special Edition) Sixth Scale Figure based on The Avengers.

Masterfully crafted based on Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark in the movie, the sixth scale figure features a newly developed Tony Stark headsculpt with separate rolling eyeball system, an advanced body with LED-lighted arc reactor on chest, attachable Iron Man armor parts in defined proportion including chest and shoulders, back, thigh and calf armors, plus painted red and silver coloring with metallic appearance and a figure base with a specialized holder. All of these features allow for variation of display, including three styles of display for suit-up transformation and his causal wear look.

A Special Edition available in select markets includes a Stark Tower hologram as a bonus accessory.

Tony Stark, The Avengers

Throughout The Avengers, six very different super heroes attempt to unite against a common enemy. Iron Man’s high-tech power came in handy, especially with the new Mark VII, a suit with remote capabilities. It was first deployed when Loki pushed Tony Stark out of his office window. As Tony fell from Stark Tower, he commanded JARVIS to launch the Mark VII suit, which rescued him at top speed.
