Chris Evans To Play Gene Kelly

According to Deadline, producer Rian Johnson’s (Star Wars) T-Street Productions is set to develop a film about Gene Kelly. The film is about a 12-year-old boy who works on the MGM Lot in 1952 and begins to create an imagined friendship with the legendary movie star Kelly while working on his next film. Gene Kelly will reportedly be played by Marvel‘s Captain America actor Chris Evans. The film will be written by three-time Academy Award nominee John Logan.

Peacemaker Post Credits Scenes Confirmed

James Gunn shared an update about DC Comics‘ Peacemaker series. He confirmed that every single episode will have a post-credits scene. Peacemaker premieres on HBO Max on January 13.

Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer Film Casting

According to Deadline, Christopher Nolan (Batman) has brought on another actor to the cast of his film Oppenheimer. Josh Hartnett has been cast in an undisclosed role. Oppenheimer is set to launch on July 21, 2023.

DC Comics released a new promo for The Batman. It shows the Bat and the Cat working together, and even the Penguin says that they’re “one helluva duet.” The Batman will glide into theaters on March 4.
