The Marvels “Friend of Yours?” Clip

Marvel shared an official clip from their upcoming film The Marvels. The clip shows the superhero team learning to work together and master their interconnected powers. The Marvels flies into theaters on November 10.


Doctor Who Tales of the TARDIS Release

The British Broadcast Network has officially announced The Whoniverse. This name will, “describe all shows within the orbit of Doctor Who.” They also confirmed that over 800 episodes of the series will be available to watch on the BBC iPlayer. Furthermore, they released an entirely new series called Tales of the TARDIS that, “[reunites] beloved classic Doctor Who duos, as they board a very special TARDIS on a nostalgic voyage through space and time. Each of the duos will reprise their roles as the Doctor and their companions.”


Scott Pilgrim Takes Off Opening Credits

Netflix released the opening credits for Scott Pilgrim Takes Off. The song is called bloom by the band Necry Talkie, with lyrics and composition by Asahi, the lead guitarist and songwriter for the band. The opening credits also confirmed that Anamanaguchi provides the music for the series. They previously provided the music for Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game. Scott Pilgrim Takes Off hits Netflix on November 17.


Joker Sequel Update

In an interview with Definition Magazine, cinematographer Lawrence Sher shared an update about the Joker sequel. He confirmed that production has wrapped, and they’re nearly done with post-production too! He said, “this movie is a big swing and it’s going to be really surprising to people. I’m so excited for everyone to see it.”  Joker: Folie à Deux is set to dance into theaters on October 4, 2024.
