Sideshow remembers the Alamo City Comic Con 2015!

Viva Comic-Con! The stars at night were big and bright deep in the heart of Texas, as an estimated 100,000 fans came out to celebrate at Alamo City Comic Con in sunny San Antonio this past weekend, September 11-13th.

Sideshow was excited to return for our second year with a showcase of our latest statues and figures, awesome giveaways, swag, and more. Here are just a few of the lucky winners we had our booth!

Many dedicated fans in costume stopped by to snap pictures with their favorite characters.

The Kid-vengers proved that when fighting for justice, size matters not.

Lord Vader himself encouraged attendees to join the Dark Side, and enter for a chance to win an Imperial prize pack.

We even saw Pee Wee Herman, on the lookout for his bike! We pointed him in the direction of the Alamo, just a few blocks away from the Convention Center…

And of course, there’s nothing like seeing superheroes fight for a good cause! We were proud to join forces with the ladies of Susan G. Komen San Antonio, where we are auctioned a Hulk Premium Format Figure signed by Stan Lee. All proceeds from the auction will go to support local women and families in their fight against breast cancer.
