Star Wars: The Acolyte™ Casting

Lucasfilm shared an announcement about their upcoming series Star Wars: The Acolyte™. They confirmed that production has officially begun, sharing a photo of two members of the cast and the director together. Furthermore, they also shared photos confirming lots of new cast members. Amandla Stenberg, Lee Jung-Jae, Manny Jacinto, Dafne Keen, Carrie-Anne Moss, and others were all confirmed. There is no further news about Star Wars: The Acolyte at this time.

Gran Turismo Casting

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Djimon Hounsou and former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell-Horner have joined the cast of Sony’s Gran Turismo film. Daniel Puig, Josha Stradowski, and Thomas Kretschmann have also joined the project. “Hounsou and Halliwell-Horner are playing the main character’s parents while Puig is playing his brother. Stradowski is a rival driver with Kretschmann playing his father.”

Westworld Canceled

HBO has officially canceled one of their popular sci-fi dramas. Westworld has been canceled after four seasons, despite the complete plans for a fifth and sixth season. There are currently no plans to continue or pursue the show any further.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves and Scream Change Release Dates

Paramount Pictures has changed the release date for two of its films. The sixth Scream film will premiere on March 10, 2023 instead of March 31, 2023. Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves will now premiere on March 31, 2023 instead of March 3, 2023.
